On behalf of the entire faculty and staff, I’m thrilled to welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Lyons Elementary! Whether you're new to our community or returning for another great year, we are so glad to have you with us.

I am especially excited to continue serving as principal of this incredible school. I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Lyons Elementary community for 19 years—as a teacher, reading interventionist, teacher specialist, assistant principal, and now in my second year as principal. It has truly been an honor to grow with this school and serve in so many capacities.

Building strong relationships with our students, families, and staff is at the heart of everything we do, and I look forward to continuing the great work we’ve started together.

This year, our theme is "Unlocking Your Full Potential" — because I believe every child has the ability to grow, achieve, and succeed in powerful ways. Our dedicated team has been working hard to prepare for a school year filled with engaging learning, meaningful growth, and new opportunities for excellence.
